By completing the payment process for your order, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Please be aware that not all colors can be precisely reproduced with different methods of printing, and some variance in shades may occur. Additionally, colors displayed on your computer monitor may differ slightly from the actual print you will receive. Minor variations in colors may also be observed in repeat orders.

Please note that we do not accept modifications to orders once they have been placed. This includes changes in quantities or shipping methods. To ensure efficient processing and timely delivery, we kindly request that all order details be finalized at the time of placement. In case of a typo in your personalization, we ask you to send us an email with the order number and the modification. If your order is not in production yet, we will correct it and proceed to production without resending proofs. Please note that this may result in delays in shipping.

Order production is estimated between 3-5 working days and is provided based on our current production volume and may be subject to change depending on workload fluctuations. Please be advised that these estimates serve as references only and do not guarantee specific shipping dates. It’s important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances such as power outages or technical issues can potentially cause delays in production.

Shipping services are facilitated through Purolator, Post Canada and UPS. Decoraprint does not directly deliver orders to customers. Please note that we cannot ensure the accuracy of shipping estimates provided by carriers. It’s essential to understand that shipping dates and production turnaround dates are distinct. Production time refers to the duration required to craft and dispatch your custom order. Following completion of production, the subsequent period is referred to as shipping time or transit time, as handled by the shipping carrier.

• Requests for replacements must be submitted no later than 7 days following the receipt of your order.
• Please note that all custom-printed orders are ineligible for refunds; replacements are the only recourse available.
• Each item is handcrafted with care and customized to your specifications. All our products are made-to-order therefor all sales are final and non-refundable. Custom orders can be replaced if there is a quality issue or a typo on our end.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days with a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The company assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received. In the event of new taxes or legislation affecting the cost of Products, the Company reserves the right to increase prices as it deems appropriate or necessary. Shipping prices can be increased during the year.    

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Decoraprint or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.  

Decoraprint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or any product purchased from us.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the province of Quebec. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.    

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for updates.
